Overview
We’re looking for a reliable and committed Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and help create a home-like environment across our care homes. You’ll lead a team of housekeeping professionals to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all communal areas and residents’ rooms, delivering a first-class service and contributing to the health and wellbeing of our residents. You’ll manage your team, assign fair work, prepare staff rotas, and check and order stock. Your customer service skills will be invaluable in daily contact with residents, relatives and guests.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the housekeeping team; ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all areas.
- Prepare staff rotas and allocate workloads fairly.
- Check stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service in daily interactions with residents, relatives and guests.
