The predicted salary is between 39900 - 39900 £ per year.
£39,900 per annum inclusive of car allowance. 40 hours per week plus on-call duties. A 24 hour seven-day responsibility is required for our maintenance service, therefore an out of hours on-call system is in place, shared with the Facilities Managers and Support Maintenance team. On average, you will be expected to cover the on-call rota one week in every five.

We are looking for a proactive and capable Mobile Support Maintenance person to join the team at our Support Centre, Colten House, in Ringwood, with regular travel to our luxury care homes across Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire and West Sussex. You will provide essential cover for routine maintenance services and minor repair work within our care homes. This includes covering monthly tests and inspections on equipment such as:
- Fire doors
- Water temperature outlets
- Fire extinguishers
- Security doors
- Internal and external lighting
- Wheelchairs
- Window restrictors
- Reclining chairs
- Nursing beds
