Colten Developments Ltd is looking for a driven, highly organised Site Manager to take full responsibility for our new care home development in Bursledon, Hampshire, with further projects to follow. This is a key leadership role, ideal for someone with strong experience in managing care home or residential new builds from start to finish.
You will play a critical role in ensuring that all aspects of the build are delivered on time, to a high standard, and in full compliance with regulatory and health.
