We’re looking for a reliable and committed Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and become a valued part of day-to-day life in our home, Avon Reach in Christchurch, Dorset. You’ll play an essential role in leading a team of housekeeping professionals to make our homes feel like home, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all communal areas and residents’ rooms. You’ll help deliver a first-class service, taking pride in your contribution to the health and wellbeing of our residents, who are at the heart of all we do. You’ll manage your team ensuring a fair work allocation, preparing staff rotas, and checking and ordering stock. Your customer service skills will be invaluable in daily contact with residents, relatives and guests.
About You
You’re a team player and motivator with an enthusiasm for what you do and a can-do attitude. You’ll have a genuine passion for maintaining an exceptional living environment for residents, with an eye for detail and a sense of fun. You’re an effective communicator who is friendly, kind, honest and reassuring. You’ll have previous experience at a similar level, or you’re looking to take the next step up and advance your career.
