Care Assistant – Colten Care

Introduction: Were looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team of Health Care Assistants at Belmore Lodge Home in Lymington, Hampshire.

Salary: From £12.66 per hour to £14.98 per hour

Hours: 42 hrs per week, days, including alternate weekends (includes paid breaks)

Responsibilities

  • Care for residents in a luxury care home setting with guidance from our Nursing team available 24 hours a day
  • Provide compassionate, hands-on support to residents as needed

About You

  • Compassion is in your nature. You’re willing to be hands-on with residents and help them whenever needed
  • You’re organised, hardworking, resilient, with good observation skills, attention to detail and a sense of fun
  • You don’t need to have prior experience; personal qualities and values are valued and you’ll receive a comprehensive induction and ongoing training from day one
