What would your day look like?
Every day we have a variety of activities on offer to our residents. You would be coordinating activities such as musical events, group singing, acting, games in the garden, minibus trips or quizzes, and obviously incorporating some of your own flare!
With the team youll support work within the community, inviting people to our coffee mornings, fayres and functions, helping make these events a success. Seeing the immediate positive reaction of our residents is the best feeling!
Youll work early and late shifts on a rota basis including alternate weekends

So you need to be a team player with a caring and patient attitude, that feels confident in front of groups and one-to-one activities.
