We are looking for a warm, creative, and enthusiastic Activity Coordinator to join our care home team. Responsibilities include:
- Creating a varied calendar of activities that reflects our residents' interests from arts and crafts to quizzes, gardening, music, gentle exercise, and special events.
- Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and friends to really understand what brings them joy.
- Bringing the local community into the home by arranging visits, outings, and special guests.
- Being a good communicator who enjoys chatting and listening to people's stories.
- Being creative with plenty of ideas for fun, stimulating activities.
- Being organised and confident at planning events and encouraging others to get involved.
