From £12.71 up to £15.03 per hour, 36 hours per week including alternate weekends (includes paid breaks) at Braemar Lodge in Salisbury.

We are looking for a warm, creative, and enthusiastic Activity Coordinator to join our care home team. Responsibilities include:

  • Creating a varied calendar of activities that reflects our residents' interests from arts and crafts to quizzes, gardening, music, gentle exercise, and special events.
  • Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and friends to really understand what brings them joy.
  • Bringing the local community into the home by arranging visits, outings, and special guests.
  • Being a good communicator who enjoys chatting and listening to people's stories.
  • Being creative with plenty of ideas for fun, stimulating activities.
  • Being organised and confident at planning events and encouraging others to get involved.
