Creating a varied calendar of activities that reflects our residents interests from arts and crafts to quizzes, gardening, music, gentle exercise, and special events. Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and friends to really understand what brings them joy. Bringing the local community into the home by arranging visits, outings, and special guests. A good communicator who enjoys chatting and listening to peoples stories. Creative with plenty of ideas for fun, stimulating activities. Organised and confident at planning events and encouraging others to get involved. Bonus points if you have any hidden talents!
