The predicted salary is between 56000 - 56000 £ per year.

£56,000 per annum + up to 40% bonus. 40 hours per week, including some weekends, occasional nights and share of the on-call support line.

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Lead to lead the clinical management at Linden House, Lymington, SO41 9BP, our dedicated dementia nursing home with a reputation that is second to none. Our residents live with moderate to high frailty needs and a diagnosis of dementia. You will be responsible for ensuring the best clinical care for residents while promoting their continued wellbeing and independence through delivery of our dementia strategy.

You will be responsible for the clinical governance, undertaking audits supported by Clinical and Quality Managers. If you want to be part of something truly special where there is opportunity to develop your career, we would love you to apply.

Ideally, you will be a Clinical Lead, Nurse Qualified Deputy Manager or Clinical Head of Care, with care home, frailty/dementia experience. You are personable and enjoy all aspects of nursing, with a positive outlook on the future of care.

Essential requirement: Business insurance is essential due to travel during work hours.
