Colten Developments is looking for experienced, fully qualified electricians on an employed or self-employed basis to work as part of our refurbishment team.
As a self-employed electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of electrical installations to a high standard, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety procedures. Your duties will include:
- First fix, second fix, single and three phased installations
- Conducting fault finding and troubleshooting
- Implementing data cabling solutions, ensuring proper installation and functionality
The role requires working independently and demonstrating safe isolation procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- 18th Edition 2nd Amendment qualification
- Inspection & Testing certification
- Valid UK driving license and access to own transport for job duties
- Own tools & test equipment will be required.
