The predicted salary is between 52000 - 52000 € per year.

£52,000 per annum + up to 40% bonus

40 hours per week, including some weekends, occasional nights and share of the on-call support line.

We are looking for an experienced supernumerary Clinical Lead to lead the clinical management at Court Lodge, Lymington.

You will be responsible for ensuring the best clinical care for residents while promoting their continued wellbeing.

You will be responsible for the clinical governance, undertaking audits supported by Clinical and Quality Managers.

Ideally, you will be a Clinical Lead, Nurse Qualified Deputy Manager or Clinical Head of Care, with care home, frailty/dementia experience.

Essential requirement: Business insurance is essential due to travel during work hours.
