Summary:
- Perform routine maintenance services and minor repairs within care homes
- Conduct monthly tests and inspections on various equipment (fire doors, water temperature outlets, fire extinguishers, etc.)
- Report issues or observations to the Facilities Management team
- Perform both planned maintenance tasks and reactive maintenance as required
