We are looking for a reliable and committed Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and become a valued part of day-to-day life in our home, Avon Reach in Christchurch, Dorset. You will play an essential role in leading a team of housekeeping professionals to make our homes feel like home, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all communal areas and residents' rooms. You will help deliver a first-class service, taking pride in your contribution to the health and wellbeing of our residents, who are at the heart of all we do.
You will manage your team ensuring a fair work allocation, preparing staff rotas, and checking and ordering stock. Your customer service skills will be invaluable in daily contact with residents, relatives and guests.
About You
You are a team player and motivator with an enthusiasm for what you do and a can-do attitude. You will have a genuine passion for maintaining an exceptional living environment for residents, with an eye for detail and a sense of fun. You are an effective communicator who is friendly, kind, honest and reassuring. You will have previous experience at a similar level, or you are looking to take the next step up and advance your career.
