We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and deliver complex infrastructure initiatives within a fast-paced banking environment. This role requires a strong technical infrastructure background combined with excellent project governance, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects across enterprise environments.
- Manage project governance, RAID reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Drive project planning, execution, dependency management, and delivery assurance.
- Coordinate cross-functional technical teams including infrastructure, cloud, security, networking, and operations.
- Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with banking regulatory, risk, and compliance standards.
- Manage third-party vendors and offshore/onshore delivery teams where required.
- Support change management, operational readiness, and transition activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong infrastructure delivery background covering enterprise platforms, cloud, networks, servers, data centres, or hybrid environments.
- PMP certified (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, budgeting, and financial tracking.
- Experience managing complex, large-scale technology deliveries.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience working with senior leadership and managing executive reporting.
- Experience working in highly regulated enterprise environments.
- Exposure to cloud transformation, infrastructure modernisation, or migration programmes.
- Familiarity with ITIL, SDLC, and enterprise change processes.
