We’re looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Consultant to take ownership of delivery across some of our highest-demand technology accounts. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who is excellent at finding and engaging technology talent but is equally comfortable speaking directly with clients, taking requirements and managing relationships.
The Role
- Managing multiple technology requirements across key accounts
- Sourcing, engaging and qualifying high-quality candidates
- Working directly with clients to take and qualify new requirements
- Managing candidates throughout the full recruitment process
- Providing market insight, rate guidance and candidate availability
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Ensuring a consistently high level of delivery across your accounts
- Identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships
- Supporting and mentoring more junior consultants as the team grows
