We’re looking for a Salesforce Field Service (FSL) Developer / Consultant to build and enhance mobile-first field service solutions. The role combines hands-on development with AI-driven automation using Salesforce technologies, supporting both field technicians and dispatch teams. Experience in utilities or asset-heavy environments is highly desirable.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Configure and customise Salesforce Field Service: Work Orders, Service Appointments, Assets, Maintenance Plans
- Scheduling, optimisation, and Dispatch Console
- Develop solutions using: Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Salesforce Flows
- Deliver mobile-first solutions via the Field Service Mobile App (including offline capability)
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems (ERP, GIS, IoT where needed)
AI & Einstein Platform
- Work with Salesforce Einstein 1 Platform to build intelligent solutions
- Configure: Einstein Copilot actions, Prompt templates and grounding
- Deliver AI-enabled features such as: Voice-to-Flow / Voice-to-Form, Pre- and post-work summaries, AI-generated job notes and recommendations
- Embed predictive insights into field service operations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL)
- Solid development experience with Apex, LWC, and Flows
- Experience working on mobile-first or field-based solutions
- Exposure to AI features within Salesforce (Einstein, Copilot, etc.)
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise platforms
- Utilities sector experience (nice to have)
