We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Architect to lead large-scale FSL implementation and transformation initiatives for enterprise customers. This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise combined with architecture leadership, stakeholder engagement, and delivery oversight.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce FSL implementations, integrating enterprise systems, and guiding distributed Agile teams in a hybrid working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead architecture, design, and delivery of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementations
- Drive end-to-end FSL solution design including:
- Dispatcher Console
- Scheduling & Optimization
- Service Territories
- Work Types
- Work Rules
- Service Resources
- Skills & Crews
- Mobile Configuration
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and enterprise architects to define scalable technical solutions
- Translate business requirements into high-level and low-level technical designs
- Prepare and present architecture and solution design documents to architecture review boards
- Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
- Lead development activities involving:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Aura Components
- Salesforce Flows
- Triggers
- Platform Events
- Provide technical governance and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines
- Support CI/CD implementation using SFDX, Git, and DevOps pipelines
- Guide teams on FSL Mobile capabilities including offline synchronization and mobile workflows
- Conduct peer reviews, mentor junior developers, and support technical capability building
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, release management, and risk mitigation activities
- 10+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of dedicated Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementation experience

- Experience delivering large enterprise FSL transformation programs
- Knowledge of MuleSoft or other middleware platforms
- Exposure to Experience Cloud and mobile workforce solutions
