Overview
We are looking for an S/4HANA Change Manager to support a major SAP transformation programme with a confidential end client. This role will focus on ensuring the business is prepared for and able to successfully adopt new processes and systems as part of the S/4HANA implementation. You’ll work across multiple workstreams, supporting stakeholders through the transition and helping embed change across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of change management activities across the S/4HANA programme
- Work with stakeholders to understand and manage business impacts of system changes
- Assist in developing and delivering communications and engagement plans
- Support training coordination and end-user readiness activities
- Help identify risks and resistance to change, escalating where needed
- Collaborate with project teams, SMEs, and business leads
- Track adoption and readiness metrics
- Contribute to overall business change and transformation efforts
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience working on SAP S/4HANA or large ERP transformation programmes
- Background in Change Management, Business Change, or Transformation
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work in a structured programme environment
- Familiarity with change frameworks (e.g. Prosci / ADKAR) is beneficial but not essential
- Comfortable working in evolving or less-defined environments
Clearance Requirements
- Active SC Clearance preferred
- Candidates must be eligible for SC Clearance if not currently cleared
- Clearance sponsorship can be supported
