We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee delivery across a large-scale data transformation programme. This role is ideal for a highly organised and stakeholder-focused professional with strong project governance, delivery management, and cross-functional coordination experience. You will be responsible for managing multiple workstreams, driving programme execution, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of programme and project initiatives
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration across stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones
  • Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular programme updates to senior leadership
  • Identify and mitigate programme risks to ensure successful delivery outcomes
  • Ensure governance, documentation, and reporting standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain all project tracking, reporting, and documentation within SharePoint
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure delivery quality across all programme activities
