We are hiring an experienced Applied AI Lead to build and scale enterprise AI capability across the Microsoft ecosystem. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who combines deep hands-on Microsoft AI expertise with strong commercial, consulting, and stakeholder leadership experience. You will lead the strategy, architecture, delivery, and growth of enterprise AI solutions across:
- Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Azure AI Foundry
- Agentic AI & Orchestration
- Power Platform AI
- Responsible AI Governance
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise deployment of Microsoft 365 Copilot agents and AI-driven workplace transformation initiatives
- Architect multi-agent AI solutions using Azure AI Agent Service, Semantic Kernel, and AutoGen
- Drive AI solution delivery across regulated enterprise environments
- Build reusable accelerators and AI frameworks within Azure AI Foundry
- Partner with executive stakeholders to shape AI strategy and roadmap initiatives
- Lead AI consulting engagements, pre-sales activity, and solution architecture
- Build and mentor high-performing AI engineering and consulting teams
- Define governance, compliance, and responsible AI best practices
Required Experience
- 15+ years within enterprise technology, consulting, or software delivery
- Strong expertise across:
- Azure OpenAI
- Azure AI Foundry
- Semantic Kernel
- Copilot Studio
- Power Platform
- Microsoft 365
- LLMs
- RAG architectures
- Agentic workflows
- Prompt engineering
- AI orchestration patterns
Additional Requirements
- Experience delivering enterprise AI transformation programmes
- Excellent client-facing and executive stakeholder management capability
- Commercially strong with experience supporting SOWs, consulting engagements, and deal shaping
