Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Developer / Consultant to join a major long-term transformation programme delivering modern, mobile-first field service solutions across a complex enterprise environment. This is a hands-on role focused on designing, developing, and enhancing Salesforce Field Service capabilities for engineers, dispatchers, and operational teams. The successful consultant will work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and integration teams to deliver scalable and intelligent field service solutions. The engagement is expected to run long term, with a strong pipeline of project work and ongoing platform enhancement initiatives.

- Salesforce Field Service Delivery
- Configure and customise Salesforce Field Service including:
- Work Orders
- Service Appointments
- Service Territories
- Service Resources & Crews
- Maintenance Plans
- Scheduling Policies & Optimisation
- Dispatcher Console
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flows
- Platform Events
- Custom APIs
- Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Work with middleware and integration teams where required.
- Contribute to technical design discussions and solution architecture.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
- Support implementation of intelligent automation capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Work with emerging Einstein / Agentforce / AI-enabled functionality where applicable.
- Contribute to process automation initiatives improving operational efficiency and technician experience.
- Work within Agile delivery teams across sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimations, and release activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, QA teams, and technical leads.
- Support UAT, deployment activities, and post-release enhancements.
