We are looking for an experienced Endevor Administrator to join a global Mainframe Engineering and DevOps team supporting enterprise-scale software delivery and deployment services across IBM z/OS environments. This role will focus on the administration, enhancement, automation, and integration of Broadcom Endevor within modern Mainframe DevOps pipelines. You will work closely with development teams, infrastructure teams, and global stakeholders to improve SDLC processes, deployment standards, and operational efficiency across critical Mainframe platforms. The successful candidate will play a key role in both BAU support and strategic transformation initiatives, helping modernise Mainframe development and deployment capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day administration and support of the Endevor platform.
- Lead and support regional and global initiatives to enhance Endevor services and align with SDLC and deployment standards.
- Develop and implement automation solutions to reduce manual effort and operational toil.
- Support onboarding and build activities for new and existing Mainframe applications.
- Integrate Endevor with Mainframe CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins (mZooM).
- Provide production support, including incident resolution and occasional out-of-hours support.
- Collaborate closely with Mainframe development teams and stakeholders to improve ways of working and deployment processes.
- Support Change Management and governance processes in line with enterprise standards.
- Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
