Coltech is growing. We’re looking for a high-performance Delivery Consultant to support and scale our key accounts across Cloud, Data, AI and Software Engineering. This is not a 360 sales role. This is pure delivery, partnering closely with our account leads to fulfil high-value, time-sensitive contract requirements across enterprise clients. What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning delivery across key enterprise accounts
- Sourcing high-quality contract engineers (Cloud, DevOps, Data, AI, Software)
- Managing candidate processes from qualification to offer
- Building and maintaining a strong contractor network
- Working closely with Account Directors to hit weekly GP targets
- Supporting statement of work (SoW) and T&M resource fulfilment
- Turning urgent requirements around within 24–72 hours
