We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft 365 Architect to join a dynamic enterprise environment and lead the design, architecture, and delivery of modern workplace and cloud collaboration solutions.
Role Overview
As a senior architect, you will design and implement scalable, secure Microsoft 365 solutions across large enterprise environments. You will play a key role in shaping architecture strategy, leading complex migrations, and enabling next-generation collaboration and AI-powered productivity tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end Microsoft 365 solutions across enterprise environments
- Lead implementation of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, OneDrive, and Security & Compliance
- Design and deliver Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Support tenant-to-tenant and large-scale migration programmes
- Develop and extend Copilot capabilities using Copilot Studio and Microsoft Graph
- Integrate AI solutions using Azure OpenAI / Microsoft Foundry
- Provide technical leadership, governance, and best practice guidance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Required Experience
- ~10–15+ years in Microsoft 365 and enterprise cloud environments
- Strong experience as a Microsoft 365 Architect or Senior Technical Lead
- Deep knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, and Power Platform
- Experience with Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, and M365 integrations
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and enterprise AI solutions
- Strong background in migrations (SharePoint, email, tenant-to-tenant)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable
- Azure OpenAI / AI-driven enterprise solutions experience
- Microsoft certifications (M365, Azure, Power Platform, Security)
- Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments
- Agile and DevOps delivery experience
