Overview
In this role you will provide legal counsel to executives, managers, and employees, translating legal requirements into practical guidance. You will safeguard contract integrity, oversee governance matters, and communicate with external stakeholders to protect the company’s interests. You’ll identify legal risks and advise on employment, data protection, and corporate issues that affect business operations. This position offers the opportunity to shape how the organization navigates laws and regulations while collaborating across functions. You will work to ensure compliance and sound decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Providing legal counsel to executives, managers, and employees on various legal issues
- Ensuring contracts reflect the company’s intentions and comply with legal requirements
- Identifying and assessing legal risks faced by the organization
- Providing guidance on employment-related legal matters
- Assisting with corporate governance matters, including board meetings and shareholder relations
- Managing relationships with external law firms, legal service providers, regulatory authorities, and other external stakeholders
