Why we need this role Reporting to the HR Project and Change Manager, this role plays a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of the People & Culture (P&C) portfolio by co-ordinating projects and driving effective change adoption.

This role provides key support to the team to ensure that P&C initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with the quality needed to deliver to the business.

What you will do Support with the P&C Delivery PMO; standardise intake, prioritisation, delivery tracking, adoption measurement, and benefits realisation.

Coordinate and own PMO tactical deliverables and parts of the cyclical delivery or workstreams in bigger programmes e. g performance management or pay review.

Support Project and Change manager in delivering cyclical delivery actions Coordinating Delivery Team activities such as roadmap, status reports, plans, risks and issues Preparing weekly meetings/documentation for project and steerco meetings.

Support stakeholder management and engagement approach on various projects.

Ensuring all key PM documentation is centrally managed and available throughout programmes.

Update and maintain relevant toolkits and project documentation, including plans, RAID logs, status reporting, and governance materials.

Monitor project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate and supporting the development of mitigation actions.

What we're looking for Must haves: Experience of managing P&C projects and understanding of PMO activities.

Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills.

Might haves: Certifications: Prosci (or equivalent), PMP/Pg MP, Agile/Scrum.
