The Data Centre Security Operations Manager is responsible for providing technical and security expertise for the development and implementation of governance, risk and compliance policies and practices. They are responsible for assessing and documenting the compliance and risk posture of Data Centre operations.
Manage security professionals to deliver operational Data Centre security, ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and legal requirements.
Execute security strategies that address both current and potential emerging threats to data centre operations, ensuring alignment with broader organisational goals and risk tolerance.
Work closely with site managers to implement and manage robust security measures to protect data centres, such as access controls and security systems.
Oversee security monitoring and incident response efforts, working with senior stakeholders to communicate threats as they arise.
