Colt Technology Services is seeking a Reward Director to shape and deliver the global reward strategy, aligning pay, incentives and governance with business priorities.

You will lead the Reward team and partner with Finance, People & Culture and senior leaders to ensure fair, competitive and engaging employee rewards across geographies.

This is a senior strategic role focused on delivering scalable reward programmes.
