Role Summary A Junior Procurement Analyst reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager for Europe, based in London. The role supports senior procurement teams, manages the e‑procurement system (SAP Ariba), oversees supplier contract documentation, and participates in vendor risk assessment. The position is based at the Shoreditch office with a flexible model of 2 days in‑office per week.
Key Outcomes
- Efficiently manage the SAP Ariba e‑procurement system, supporting the Senior Procurement Analyst.
- Actively manage procurement contract documentation, including DocuSign and archiving of contracts.
- Set up new suppliers in the Colt DCS procurement system, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date information in Ariba.
- Participate in the supply risk process by conducting regular supplier checks and updating the Vendor Risk Management (VRM) portal.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience working in a procurement function with an understanding of procurement systems and tools.
