We’re hiring a Sales Associate to support our Account Executives across some of Colt’s most important enterprise customers. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you’ll take ownership of transactional sales and renewals, while helping to keep opportunities moving and customers supported day-to-day.
You’ll play a key part in delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks and every opportunity is progressed effectively. What you will do- Work closely with Account Executives to support strategic enterprise accounts
- Be the go-to contact for day-to-day transactional sales activity
- Own smaller opportunities end-to-end, keeping deals moving at pace
- Support the execution of account plans and spot opportunities for expansion
- Identify customer needs and position relevant Colt solutions
- Help progress deals through the sales cycle, working across internal teams
- Take the lead on renewals, from proposal through to customer engagement
- Ensure renewals are managed proactively to secure retention and drive additional value
- Join customer calls and meetings to support relationship building and deal progression
- Help resolve commercial queries and contribute to overall customer satisfaction
You’ll bring:
- 1–3 years in a sales, account, or customer-facing role (B2B ideal)
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with stakeholders
- A genuine focus on getting the right outcome for the customer
- The ability to stay organised and manage multiple priorities at once
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- Clear motivation to build a career in sales
- Experience in telecoms, tech, or B2B services
- Exposure to renewals, upselling, or transactional sales
