About the Role
As a Senior Account Executive in our Large Enterprise Account Development team, you’ll be at the forefront of Colt’s mission to reignite and grow relationships with some of the UK’s most prominent enterprise customers. This is your chance to take ownership of a portfolio of under-engaged accounts and turn them into high-value partnerships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead strategic growth initiatives across dormant and low-engagement enterprise accounts.
- Rebuild trust and engagement with complex, multi-site organisations.
- Develop and execute tailored account strategies that align with customer outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and lead executive briefings.
- Use data and insights to prioritise opportunities and shape winning strategies.
- Drive revenue through upsell and cross-sell across Colt’s portfolio (cloud, SD-WAN, security, voice).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution from pre-sales to delivery.
What You Bring
- Recent and relevant B2B enterprise sales experience, ideally in digital infrastructure, telco, IT services, or SaaS.
- A proven track record of reviving dormant accounts and exceeding growth targets.
- Experience managing complex enterprise clients with a consultative, outcome-based approach.
- Strong commercial acumen and familiarity with sales methodologies like Challenger, MEDDPICC, or SPIN.
- A self-starter mindset with a passion for strategic selling and long-term client success.
