Colt provides network, voice and data centre services to thousands of businesses around the world, allowing them to focus on delivering their business goals instead of the underlying infrastructure.
We are seeking an experienced technical leader to oversee Enterprise Infrastructure Services, acting as both a manager and a hands-on contributor. This role is responsible for managing Windows Server, VDI, Citrix, Microsoft 365, and cloud environments (Azure and GCP).
The role requires a strategic thinker who can also contribute technically as a player-manager, overseeing and delivering critical infrastructure services while shaping long-term strategy and roadmaps. You will lead a team of approximately 10 engineers across regions, own managed service outsource agreements, and drive both financial performance and service outcomes.
In addition to leadership responsibilities, you will act as a technical SME.
