The Account Executive in the Public Services sector plays a crucial role in driving business growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of existing and new accounts. Your primary focus will be nurturing relationships, identifying opportunities for growth with new government departments. You will lead sales initiatives and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to position Colt's solutions effectively, delivering strategic, customer-focused engagements within the Public Services sector.
What you will do:
- Develop and drive initiatives to grow revenue from new accounts and maximize further cross-selling opportunities.
- Create and implement effective, data-led strategies to prioritize and manage client activities.
- Build and nurture relationships, aligning Colt's products and solutions with client business / Public Services objectives.
- Work collaboratively with Customer Success to strengthen client relationships and boost revenue.
- Engage with Marketing and GLG (Global Lead Generation) teams to ensure quality lead generation.
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets.
- Lead and mentor virtual sales teams, supporting strategic account planning and execution.
- Accurately manage forecasting and pipeline activities using proven sales methodologies.
