As a Junior Procurement Analyst, you will report to the Senior Procurement Manager for Europe, based in London. You’ll predominantly support the Senior Procurement Analyst, but will work closely with procurement and finance team members across regions, on a range of activities. This will include e-procurement system work, supporting the DCS business and the Procurement team in various transactional activities ensuring the smooth functioning of procurement processes across our business. You’ll be managing the Procurement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (SAP Ariba), overseeing supplier contracts documentation management, and supporting supplier on‑boarding and Vendor Risk Assessment (VRM). The role will be based at our Shoreditch office where we operate a flexible first working pattern, currently set at 2 days per week working in the office.
Key Outcomes
- Efficiently manage the e‑procurement system, Ariba, supporting the Senior Procurement Analyst.
- Actively manage Procurement Contracts documentation including DocuSign and Archiving of the contracts.
- Responsible for setting up new suppliers in the Colt DCS procurement system, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date information in Ariba.
- Actively participate in the supply risk process by conducting regular supplier checks and updating the Vendor Risk Management (VRM) portal.
