We are seeking to recruit an experienced Security Installation Engineer to join our team at our Basildon office. This role will support the increasing demand for domestic and commercial security systems, including intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control.

About Us

Established since 1988, we are a security company that specialises in intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems for both domestic and commercial properties. We operate throughout Essex, London, and the Home Counties. We are a family‐run business and NSI Gold approved, with each project undertaken with the highest level of commitment and expertise.

The Role

  • Installing and commissioning of security systems
  • Diagnose and fix faults
  • Ensure all work meets safety standards and regulations
  • Be confident working independently and as part of a team
  • Be flexible to the demands of the job
  • Call out rota with additional pay

Requirements

  • Must have knowledge of the Security industry, including the below systems (Not all essential):
  • Texecom
  • Pyronix
  • Risco
  • Scantronic
  • Fermax
  • Paxton
  • BPT
  • Hikvision
  • Strong understanding of IP Networking
  • Hardworking and dedicated to offering excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Strong problem‐solving and organisational skills
  • Ability to safely use tools and installation equipment
  • Clean driving licence & DBS check clear
