Job Title: CNC Setter / Operator Location: Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, GL20 8JH Salary: £30,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience + Regular overtime opportunities are available to increase earnings Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours of Work: Day Shift Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00 Friday: 08:00 - 13:00About Colt Precision: Colt Precision is a specialist precision engineering company based in Tewkesbury, operating at the highest standards of manufacturing excellence. About The Role: We're looking for an experienced CNC Setter / Operator to join the team at Colt Precision. Based in a modern, well-equipped machine shop, you'll be producing high-precision machined components, working as part of a skilled and supportive engineering team where quality and attention to detail are genuinely valued. This is not a high-pressure production environment. We focus on producing quality work properly, investing in the right equipment, tooling and people to achieve consistently high standards. As the company continues to grow, there will be genuine opportunities to develop your skills further, whether that's progressing into programming, taking on additional responsibility, or broadening your machining experience across different machines and components.
