Job Overview We are seeking a professional and reliable Class 2 Hiab Driver to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a Class 2 lorry equipped with a Hiab crane, delivering goods efficiently and safely across various locations.

This role requires a strong focus on safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle specialised lifting equipment.

Prior experience in commercial driving and delivery is highly desirable.

Duties Operate a Class 2 lorry fitted with a Hiab crane to load, unload, and deliver plant/machinery to sites.

Ensure all deliveries are completed in a timely and professional manner, adhering to schedules.

Safely operate flatbed vehicles during transportation of goods, ensuring secure loading and unloading procedures.

Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to maintain safety standards.

Assist with the securing of loads and ensure compliance with safety regulations during transit.

Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch teams.

Follow all road safety laws and company policies while on duty.

Qualifications Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence with a clean driving record.

Proven experience in commercial driving, particularly with flatbed vehicles or similar lorries.

Experience operating a Hiab crane or similar lifting equipment is highly advantageous.

Delivery driver experience is preferred, demonstrating reliability and professionalism on the road.

Good organisational skills with the ability to plan routes effectively.
