Responsibilities
- Setup all London / Germany projects on Autodesk ACC.
- Setup ACC folder structure, modules review workflows and manage access and permissions to the CDE, ensuring all teams have the correct access at all times.
- Manage users, companies and roles for effective ACC management – Add new users, companies and roles. Ensure inactive accounts are addressed.
- Ensure documentation is uploaded in the correct place and meets the project procedures including naming convention followed, title included, metadata populated.
- Support the Colt BIM Information Manager and the external project team in the management of the Document Register (MIDP) – populate reviews’ status and track document submittals.
- Support the Colt Design Manager in managing the closing out of Project Documentation Reviews.
- Train and guide the external Document Controllers on the use of BIM360 as the Document Control Platform.
- Support the Colt BIM Information Manager with platform training.
- Support the Colt BIM team in document guidance & workflow / process production.
- Support the business in producing data analytics reporting on project documentation and review submittals.
- Upload project documentation for the Colt DCS Project Team.
- Attend Project Meetings where required.
- Ensure that the latest revisions are administered and distributed promptly and are correct and available to the team on ACC.
- Support Project Team on ACC Document management and any QA queries related to documentation.
- Work closely with Colt’s Operations, Design and BIM Teams to understand the flow of information on a project.
Skills and Experience
- Working knowledge of BS1192 or ISO19650 standards for naming convention requirements.
- Strong Documentation and process management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate both verbally and electronically with clarity and understanding.
- Experience of working across all stages of a project lifecycle (e.g. RIBA or similar).
- Ability to be proactive and demonstrate initiative.
- A background of working in AEC or Design is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in construction or consultancy environments.
- Experience of Document Control Procedures and Systems for large scale projects.
- Experience in Data Centres is preferred but not essential.
- Experience in using Autodesk ACC is preferred but not essential.
- Fluent in English; preferred other languages French or German is highly desirable.
