About the job: This 15-month maternity cover role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning and development solutions that support organisational strategy and business success.
The Talent Development Specialist will work in partnership with business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand business objectives, assess capability requirements, and develop targeted learning initiatives that build the skills, knowledge, and experience needed for current and future workforce needs.
This fixed term role is looking at a potential start date of September 2026.
Outcomes: Consult and partner with the business and HRBPs to understand skills and capability gaps impacting current and future business strategies Design and implement global training and development programmes aligned with business plans Evaluate and improve training and development solutions, applying industry best practice.
Report on training and development budget, cost, uptake and effectiveness to business leaders, with a focus on ROI.
Manage Talent Development budget, including the processing of POs and invoices.
Communicate and promote training and development opportunities to employees.
Implement and manage a Skills and Competencies Framework to support employees career pathway.
Manage and communicate mandatory training programmes.
