We are looking for a confident and driven Acting Room Leader to lead our Toddler Room at Colourbox @ Cherry Trees. What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the day-to-day running of the Toddler Room
- Creating a calm, well-prepared environment where children can thrive
- Embedding strong routines and smooth transitions throughout the day
- Delivering high-quality interactions that support independence and communication
- Leading and supporting your team to maintain consistent, high standards
- Building positive, professional relationships with parents
- Working closely with your Nursery Manager and senior leadership team
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years
- Experience as a Senior Practitioner or Room Leader, but we will also consider applicants who are new to leadership
- Confidence in leading a team and holding expectations
- Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding requirements
- An interest in (or experience with) Montessori practice
- A proactive, reliable approach with a focus on quality and consistency
