Colourbox Montessori School is looking for enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our vibrant nursery. This is a full‑time role with fantastic opportunities for continuous professional development, specialist Montessori training, and clear career progression. You’ll play a key part in nurturing children aged 3 months to 5 years, supporting their early learning journey in a creative, inspiring, and caring environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Caring for and inspiring your own key group of children, recording and celebrating their development.
  • Creating a safe, welcoming, and stimulating space every day.
  • Building strong, positive relationships with colleagues, children, and families.
  • Genuine opportunities for growth, training, and promotion.
  • Uniform provided.
  • Option to work a 4‑day week with compressed hours.
  • Specialist Montessori and CPD training in‑house.
  • Company pension scheme.

What we’re looking for:

  • A full and relevant Level 2+ Childcare qualification.
  • A love of working with children, with energy and creativity to bring into your role.
  • A good understanding of Safeguarding and EYFS.
  • Living and working in the UK with full right to work.
  • An enhanced DBS check (we’ll apply for this).
  • First Aid, Safeguarding, and Food Hygiene training desirable – but don’t worry, we’ll provide this if you don’t have it yet.
  • Experience in Early Years desirable, but not essential — if you’ve got the passion, we’ll support you.
