We are looking for a confident and driven Acting Room Leader to lead our Toddler Room at Colourbox @ Cherry Trees. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step into leadership, take ownership, and make a real impact.

- Building positive, professional relationships with parents
- Working closely with your Nursery Manager and senior leadership team
- Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years
- Experience as a Senior Practitioner or Room Leader, but we will also consider applicants who are new to leadership
- Confidence in leading a team and holding expectations
- Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding requirements
- An interest in (or experience with) Montessori practice
- A proactive, reliable approach with a focus on quality and consistency
- A room that is calm, organised, and purposeful
- A team that is supported, motivated, and consistent
- Children who are engaged, independent, and thriving
- Clear progress in room quality and practice
