Are you passionate about helping children thrive, explore, and grow? Colourbox Montessori School is looking for enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our vibrant nursery, or a Nursery Apprentice looking to gain a full and relevant qualification.
This is a full-time role with fantastic opportunities for continuous professional development, specialist Montessori training, and clear career progression. You’ll play a key part in nurturing children aged 3 months to 5 years, supporting their early learning journey in a creative, inspiring, and caring environment.
What you’ll be doing:
Caring for and inspiring your own key group of children, recording and celebrating their development.
Creating a safe, welcoming, and stimulating space every day.
Building strong, positive relationships with colleagues, children, and families.
Genuine opportunities for growth, training, and promotion.
Uniform provided.
Option to work a 4-day week with compressed hours.
Specialist Montessori and CPD training in-house.

What we’re looking for:
A Full and Relevant Level 2+ Childcare qualification.
A love of working with children, with energy and creativity to bring into your role.
A good understanding of Safeguarding and EYFS.
Living and working in the UK with full right to work.
An Enhanced DBS check (we’ll apply for this).
First Aid, Safeguarding, and Food Hygiene training desirable – but don’t worry, we’ll provide this if you don’t have it yet.
Experience in Early Years desirable, but not essential — if you’ve got the passion, we’ll support you.
