AtColourbox Montessori and Forest School in Newmarket, we’re proud to have adedicated, fully functional Forest School sitegraded Ofsted Outstanding in August 2025, where children and teachers can immerse themselves in the wonder of nature every single day.
We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and qualified Forest School Leaders to join our team, or an outdoor practitioner looking to gain their forest school qualification. This is your chance to inspire awe, spark curiosity, and nurture children’s learning in a unique environment where the classroom has no walls.

Who we’re looking for
A passionate outdoor educator with aLevel 2 or 3+ Childcare qualification (or working towards one) and/or Level 3 Forest School Leader is desirable.
Someone eager to bring energy, creativity, and a love of nature to every session.
Forest School trained, currently completing training, or excited to begin the qualification with our support.
Knowledge of Safeguarding and EYFS.
Living and working in the UK with full rights to do so.
(Enhanced DBS, safeguarding, food hygiene, and first aid training provided if not already held.)
