We are looking for aLevel 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to support the leadership of our baby room. Someone who is not only nurturing and attentive, butconfident, organised, and ready to lead by example.
The Role
As Acting Room Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring thehighest standards of care and practice for our youngest children, as you develop into the role permanently.
You will:
Support the teamin theday-to-day running of the room
Take shared responsibility forplanning, routines, and environment set-up
Lead by example in deliveringresponsive, attentive care to young children
Build strong, trusting relationships withfamilies , offering reassurance and communication
Guide and support team members to maintainconsistent, high-quality practice
Step confidently into leadership with support throughout your own developmental path
This is a hands-on leadership role where your presence, tone, and attention to detail truly matter.

Who We’re Looking For
Afull and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years
Experience working withchildren 0-2years old
A strong understanding ofattachment, routines, and emergent communication and language needs
Confidence in supporting others and stepping into aleadership role
A good knowledge ofSafeguarding and EYFS
Right to work in the UK and willingness to obtain anEnhanced DBS
