Job Description
Colour Sound Experiment is an entertainment lighting and video hire specialist to the Live Events Sector, with over 30 years’ experience behind it.
We have had the opportunity to work with some incredible clients and take pride in our ever expanding equipment catalogue (and the ever growing warehouses we need to store it all).
We have a vacancy for a new Accounts Payable Assistant to join us at Colour Sound HQ in North West London.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated individual who is able to manage their workload effectively with excellent attention to detail.
- Main Responsibilities
- Registering purchase invoices ensuring accompanied by valid purchase order.
- Processing invoices.
- Maintaining supplier accounts.
- Processing company credit card costs.
- Ensuring all suppliers are handled with courtesy and all internal and external queries are responded to promptly.
- Ad Hoc tasks as directed by Accounts Manager.
- Required skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with office IT programs.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to monitor own workload, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Basic VAT knowledge would be an advantage.
