Job Summary
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a remote sales job focused on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build or grow a career in tech sales, with a clear pathway to Account Executive roles. You’ll be responsible for engaging potential customers, qualifying leads, and booking meetings that directly contribute to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Identify and qualify leads based on ideal customer profiles (ICP)
- Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Build and maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline
- Track all activities and manage leads in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Personalize outreach to improve engagement and conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
