Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and qualify commercial insurance prospects, including small to mid-sized businesses.
- Book discovery meetings and appointments for senior insurance advisors and account executives.
- Research target companies and decision-makers to personalize outreach efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and meeting booking targets.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the early stages of the sales funnel.
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound sales.
- Experience with cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.
- Ability to engage with business decision-makers and executives.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
- Prior experience in Commercial Insurance is Required.
