Key Responsibilities:
- Connect CRM, marketing, and product systems to ensure unified data flow and operational efficiency.
- Automate lead generation, enrichment, and outreach workflows to reduce manual tasks and increase productivity.
- Build and manage data pipelines that support real-time visibility into sales and marketing performance.
- Analyse engagement metrics and GTM workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
- Continuously test, optimise, and refine GTM systems to support faster, smarter revenue operations.
Experience:
- Experience with CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in no-code/low-code platforms (Zapier, Make, Tray.io, Airtable, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and generate strategic insights.
- Experience building scalable GTM systems or revenue operations workflows is a major plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Previous experience in a SaaS or B2B setting is highly preferred.
