Job Summary
We are hiring a French-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) with proven experience in IT or SaaS sales to join a high-performing outbound team. This is a remote SDR role focused on prospecting, lead generation, and booking qualified meetings with decision-makers in French-speaking regions. You will play a key role in building pipeline and supporting revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) in French and English
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads within target industries and regions
- Book high-quality meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Personalize outreach strategies based on regional market insights and buyer personas
- Maintain and manage pipeline activity using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting
- Track performance metrics and consistently exceed KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline generated)
- Stay informed on market trends and competitive positioning in French-speaking regions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Outbound Sales, or Lead Generation
- Fluency in French (C1/C2 level) and strong English communication skills
- Proven experience targeting or selling into French-speaking markets (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Quebec)
- Strong track record of exceeding outbound sales targets
